Mireya Castillo, General Manager
Mireya has been on our Honeywood team since opening day back in 2017! She's worked every FOH (front of house) position there and now serves as General Manager following a promotion fall 2025.
When Mireya's not greeting one of her regulars or mixing up a Lillet Spritz behind the bar, she loves baking cookies for family movie nights at the Lexington home she shares with her fiance Esteban and daughter Esther.
I value the relationships I've built over the years. Every time I see a familiar face back at Honeywood, I'm fulfilled in knowing we have done our part in making guests feel at home and welcomed. Mireya Castillo.
